How is RealNex priced?
RealNex is priced per user. You can subscribe to any module on its own, or get everything in Navigator, the
all-in connected platform. Most plans bill annually for the best value, or monthly. Pick a product above to

What is the difference between Navigator and the individual modules?
Navigator is the all-in connected platform that includes every module, from KRM and MarketEdge to
MarketPlace,
Bridge, Vault, and
Insights. The individual modules, such as KRM or MarketEdge,
can be purchased on their own and upgraded to Navigator at any time.
Is there a free option?
Yes. RealNex MarketPlace has a free tier so you can list and search the national CRE database, save searches,
set alerts, and build a professional profile at no cost. Upgrade to MarketPlace Pro for enterprise listing
management and marketing analytics.
Is RealNex Vault included?
RealNex Vault, the secure CRE deal room, is included with MarketEdge and Navigator subscriptions. External participants,
such as buyers, lenders, and attorneys, are always free and unlimited.
Are RealNex Insights dashboards an extra charge?
No. RealNex Insights is included with your subscription at no additional charge, so you get
business-intelligence dashboards on your RealNex data from day one.
How do I buy, and what happens after I choose a plan?
Choosing Start now opens the secure RealNex store, where you confirm your plan, number of users, and billing,
