Built by the People Who Know the Industry
In 2011, Mark Kingston sold ARGUS to Altus Group, having made it the global standard for commercial real estate valuation. The same year, Jeff Finn sold NAI Global, one of the largest brokerage networks in the world. We'd spent decades on opposite ends of the deal and seen the same problem: commercial real estate ran on powerful tools that couldn't talk to each other, costing professionals time, continuity, and deals.
With three other industry leaders, including Jeffrey Fisher, PhD, President and Chairman of the Homer Hoyt Institute, Professor Emeritus of Real Estate at the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, and Educational Consultant to NCREIF, we formed Pavonis Group. In 2014, we founded RealNex by uniting five of the market's best solutions on one foundation, the CRM, financial analysis, marketing, and transaction tools that became today's platform. We brought the CRM to the cloud, built the architecture behind a single source of truth, and launched it all as RealNex Navigator in 2021. Since then, we've grown from serving individual agents at the leading firms to enterprise agreements with several of the biggest names in the business.
The next chapter is AI, trained on commercial real estate, connected to structured data, so the advantage compounds with every deal. The principle hasn't changed since 2014: build what CRE professionals actually need, on one platform, and keep building.
